@RushmoorCouncil have used FHSG to invest in 2 support workers to work with families with complex needs to ensure they do not become homeless

FHSG was introduced in 2017 and means that local authorities can freely fund a range of housing options which are appropriate for specific needs
Innovative ideas will help us gain the upper hand in the battle against homelessness and help tackle the problem at its roots
6/7 We are also extending our Cold Weather Fund by £3million 
Inspiring to see bold thinking in areas like the West Midlands ensuring more people come off the streets and into a warm bed this winter

7/7 Whilst these announcements will make a big difference to lots of people, we are just getting started. As Minister for Homelessness I will give it my all to end rough sleeping by the end of this Parliament
