This is not Jihad! The fact that Muslims are killing people does not equate to Jihad! It has nothing to do with God. The killings are terrible and they need to stop but we also need to not increase Islamophobia in Nigeria. Muslims are against this killing too!!!!
Let’s actually call a spade a spade. If the atrocities that these herdsmen are going about committing isn’t Jihad, I don’t know what else is.
And the Federal Government has refused to label them as terrorists yet? Because their big brother is in charge?

I’ve read the Quran, I know exactly what Jihad is. Thank you. I’m condemning the acts of these herdsmen in particular and the people sponsoring them, as I have clearly spelt out, not the innocent people practicing their religion in peace.

I'm glad you've read the Qur'an. You described the activities as Jihad, and I'm concerned because I don't want other innocent Muslims to suffer persecution because of the actions of the herdsmen. So wording is important. And you're right for condemning the herdsmen, we should.
