Van a regular lo ilegal y lo corrupto. No hay outsourcing bueno, simplemente nacio para que el patron no se haga responsable de sus trabajadores y no acumulen antiguedad, y no puedan tener todos sus derechos. Eso no debe regularse, debe eliminarse.
Hoy en el Senado instalamos la mesa de trabajo para mejorar las leyes que regulan la subcontratación; dotar a las autoridades de mayores capacidades para identificar y sancionar sus modalidades ilegales. Bien ahí justicia social se le denomina porque la subcontratación es un crimen para los trabajadores! Carecen de prestaciones, seguridad social, pensiones, inclusive vacaciones y aguinaldos.
