Chesa, Magen Hayashi from your office wrote the arrest warrant on Of. Stangel. The Petaluma PD Facebook shows Magen was sworn into their department on 2/6/17. Yet, on Magen's LinkedIn, she has a 9-month gap. What happened? Was there a competency issue? Why the gap?
