I randomly looked at the Zelda Collector's Edition's N64 emulator, and I found N64 game IDs... including two that are technically never released games:
NN6J - Dr. Mario 64 (Japanese version)
NYLJ - Panel de Pon 64 (lists it as "PANEL").
...so they have these ROMs internally.
