I like the idea of one way lanes + this is the era of the shopping list, to avoid all of those random journeys round the aisles! Perhaps shops could hand out template lists for future shops, with sections of the list ordered in sequence of your journey through the supermarket?

If more people come along with a simple plan they might act in a more ordered way.

agree. went to sainsburys, lots of tape on the ground but too many people and particularly staff seem to think they're immune so don't observe.

Lucy I would suggest that the UK should look at the effect of true lockdowns in Italy and Spain. They are working. New infections and deaths are falling! That means staying home. Not going out for a walk or to the park or for a bike ride or to sunbathe.
