    Collaboration is key, clinicians and patients together, no hierarchy, everyone in it together, everyone needs a voice but you can't have everyone there, we are conduits for experience to get it in front of the people who need to hear it.

    if your SEND child is very bossy and controlling there's a reason why - they are frightened, and that's what people who feel threatened do to try and make the whole world seem more predictable and safe. Reading this may help too - I hope so
