I love so much. Could watch it endlessly on repeat. Not just for the late, great Harry Dean Stanton, but the entire cast -- including a superb -- is perfectly assembled. That little on-screen reunion between HDS & Tom Skerritt is magic.

$6.25 to own LUCKY today on DVD. I mean... $6.25?! That’s barely a latte in most shmancy places. Not a cappuccino. Maybe an americano. So I’m not saying you have to buy this film but I am saying I don’t think you can afford not to!

Just noticed the absolutely wonderful has been added to Sky Cinema/NOW TV. A beautiful swansong for the late, great Harry Dean Stanton. Equal parts tender, hilarious, sad and soulful. Made me cry my eyes out. A real gem of a film by , highly recommended.
