Both images are versions of Levi's original drawing - which is public domain. And since the TST doesn't actually worship Satan- why are so concerned? No one, unless they're already ignorant, watching the show is going to change their mind about the TST because of that statue.

Well, since pictures of you already exist, and any picture of you must necessarily be some version of another picture, I'm sure you don't mind if I use your photo to illustrate a character in a fictional story about a cannibalistic child predator.

I have to admit that's pretty fuckin spot on. When I originally heard about it I was like "c'mon guys, it's a fictional deity in a fictional show" but the likeness is astonishing. I guarantee the creators just assumed all baphomets were one size fits all-- like a crucifix.
