    The world of military academies is pretty foreign to me. But my feeling is that students attending them should be held to honor codes similar to most universities, not wildly higher standards that can be weaponized against them by military officers.

    I've said in regards to state actors conducting intelligence activities in cyberspace that at best we see glimpses of a vast picture. Those glimpses often feel like they take place in an atmosphere akin to this piece: an ambient frequency, resonant if you can just tune in.

    A sad read. But unfortunately, I think it's universal. The institution where I work has the same problem. An honor system cannot exist when students know that their teachers cheat and get away with it.
