    Black creators are not wrong for continuing to stream and keep their affiliate/partner contracts. Black people still have to eat even if twitch does not stand up for us. Two things can be right at one time: the platform does not respect us AND some of us need the paycheck.

    Never forget that the hate raids on were largely carried out by Neo Nazi Discord groups, and that the creators on Co*yTV have repeatedly harassed BIPOC and LGBTQUIA2+ creators as well, and every single one of them is a fascist. It's all related.

    FYI: the white-supremacist that killed 10 innocent people in a racist and fascist attack in Buffalo also pushed a conspiracy theory on “transing kids” in his manifesto. The same people spreading transphobia and attacking reproductive rights are also spreading white supremacy.

    Boundaries are incredibly important, that isn't whats up for debate here. It's making sure that the boundaries we set up aren't exclusionary and that is the problem many of us have when we see that rule. It is rooted in our actual lived experiences and encounters in those spaces.
