As previously stated, it’s rare that a single day goes by where I’m not working on my art. I make a point to say this because I do take my job & mission very seriously - to create my art & use it to spread the word about #bitcoin

However, within the #NFT space a new culture has developed over the past year or two, where instead of artists focusing primarily on developing our artistic concepts & executing our visions, we are expected to clock in #gm", clock out #gn, & tweet constantly through the day...

I do understand why this is the case, and in previous years I personally spent a lot more time building up my brand on social media.. but when it comes down to it, the compromise is between focusing on becoming the best artist I can, or on building up more hype.

I now have 7 years under my belt as a digital artist. To quickly recap my progression: 2015: I opened up adobe illustrator for the first time to design my first memes 2016: I focused on learning to put together whole compositions & practiced consistently, creating daily images

Before this year is over, I plan on releasing the 3rd follow up collection based on the center panel, ‘Purgatorio’ to close out the series. It’s the first time I’ve ever focused so singularly on the creation of what essentially can be considered as one giant piece of art..

..but I can proudly say that it’s something that’s challenged me, forced my to learn so many new things of which I’m confident have added tons of knowledge, experience, and skill to all the art I will be creating in the future.
