Hey @TeamYouTube I made a custom channel URL back when it was given out freely. I did this when I was, say, 12? TL;DR: I'm not a small kid playing Minecraft anymore, and I'd like to get the custom URL removed, but I don't have any way of doing so since I don't have enough subs.

You can remove a custom URL from your channel up to 3 times a year. If you're eligible, you can claim a new custom URL right away after removal, but it may take a couple of days before the previous custom URL stops directing to your channel. More info: https://goo.gl/ZxFvyQ

I followed the instructions, but when I got to my "about me" page, there wasn't anything saying "Sites."

Oh ok. Could you please help us with a screenshot of what you see on this page: https://goo.gl/fwenEV ? We'll take a look.

Thanks for the screenshot! You need to be eligible to make changes to custom URL.

Ah, okay. Is there any way you guys could just manually remove my custom URL for now, since I got it way back from when there weren't these requirements keeping me from removing it now? It's fine if not.

We've passed this along to our Creator Support team. Look out for an email from them.
