Mate your missing the entire point of this. People donated to the stream to have it go to St Judes. Not to have it refunded so they can donate on the website. I don't know how much clearer it can be. If you don't understand now, your choosing not to

They don’t get to. Everyone doesn’t get to whatever they want, and certainly not consequence-free. Plus if what they really want is to donate to St. Jude’s, it’s functionally the same.

If it’s functionally the same and likely to occur what did they accomplish by the refund?

So that argument is self-defeating.

You’re being obtuse. Fine, it’s the same except that YT and St. Jude’s don’t get associated with organized holocaust denial and anti-Semitism. Charities don’t check individuals for that, which is completely reasonable and appropriate.

No you are. What Insaid is true. Either it’s functuonally the same and they get money from the exact same source or they don’t get the money and it’s not the same. The ones actually making the association are the ones doing so for political reasons, not for St Jude’s sake.
