Permits for +500 (non-city financed) homes have been filed in E Harlem since the '17 rezoning; none appear close to completion.
Soho was rezoned in '21 and there's +200 homes in the pipeline already, despite way fewer dev sites.

Candidates to Cuba’s National Assembly include scientists, feminists, athletes, farmers, artists, small business owners, Afro-Cuban religious leaders, doctors & workers. Once elected, together they will then vote for Cuba’s next President & other members of the State Council.
