Judge rules Lazzaro will remain in jail until trial.

The prosecution argued that Lazzaro is a flight risk because of his money and the fact he’s taken 10 international trips including to Ukraine. But defense did a good job arguing he does have a lot of ties keeping him around and would have already split if that was the plan.

Some tidbits from the victim statements. They all want him to remain in jail. Several referred to him as an evil person. Parents talked about how depressed their girls are. One girl said “he was 29 and I was 16. His brain was fully formed and mine was not.”

Lazzaro apparently reported his own net worth as $2 million on his bond sheet but did not include his “large collection” of Bitcoin in that calculation.

Other tidbits... The Prosecutor stated that Lazzaro was filming porn in his condo and putting it on his Pornhub channel. It is unclear whether it is related in any way to these victims but there are no child porn charges and the officer said no child porn was found.

The girls and their parents wrote emotional statements about how these experiences changed them... pretty heart wrenching stuff.

The hearing is still not over. Judge announcing at 6:05 whether Lazzaro will get bail or not. His lawyer is really good. But prosecutor also finished strong with written statements from the victims.

One other biggie I forgot to include. The police officer admitted one of the victims threatened to extort Lazzaro. Pay her money or she would go to police.

Or holds Lazzaro in jail until his trial.

Another interesting tidbit -- Lazzaro apparently went to one of the girls and her parents and paid them to sign a "non-disparaging agreement." It is unclear, but seemed to be before the investigation occurred. Also unclear whether they accepted the money and signed it or not.

"You say he would pay for sex. Do you have his words backing this up?" Newland asked. "In a sense, yes," Brugger answered, referring to inferences on social media messages. But he did not get more specific than that.

"Do you have text messages from Anton Lazzaro saying he would pay victims for sex?" Newland asked. "No," Officer Brugger responded.

Newland made a very good point during his cross that indicated detectives thought they would be finding porn in this investigation, but they found none. Prosecutor asked officer if a victim reported being photographed and the officer could not remember.

Attorney Zach Newland is very aggressive for Lazzaro. Pointing out repeatedly that Lazzaro did not flee despite knowing he was under investigation and knowing an indictment was coming.

Prosecutor Laura Provenzino cross examined him, asking "You didn't know he met girls through Sugar Daddy site 'Seeking Arrangement'? You didn't know he has a Pornhub channel called Only Tiny Teens?" "No I did not," Yang answered.
