Trying to use XenServer after using ESXi is like stepping back to the Stone Age! It feels so basic and out of date. Really disappointed

Tbh I prefer XenCenter because of it's simplicity. So many things (e.g. mointing an ISO) feel overly complex with vCenter.

Sure, once you've installed it on your Windows only OS, as they haven't bothered to develop a web console or make it work with Linux :-)

Yeah, the web version of the vCenter console. A truly glorious anecdote in modern IT history... :-)

I never mentioned vCenter ... Type your XenServer IP into your browser and let me know what you see ... Then try it with ESXi ...

Citrix can make really great UI's. I know they can, I use a lot of their products. It's just that they've never bothered with XenServer.

Didn't Citrix "give" it back to the Linux Foundation?
