Fantastic. Yes, some foods/drinks can have an inflammatory effect. This is particularly felt when one has become healthier and 'goes back' to old ways.

After fasting overnight required for lab tests, l noticed I was not "starving" after the testing. Then
. I can do it. I resolved to drink water or tea only after dinner and eat the next day after at least 12 hrs or until I feel hungry. -
That is exactly what I tell my clients..we have all had to not eat for 12 hours to have routine blood taken or for a procedure etc. The good news is that most of it can be done while asleep. ;)

I have my coffee with a few drops of cream from our raw milk farmer at 7 AM and then I don’t really eat anything until a naked whey protein shake at 10am. I eat a small lunch and dinner, but I need to get back to keeping a food log like you were talking about in your podcast.

That is excellent Shannon. Yes, keeping a journal, research shows promotes 50% more fat loss than those who don't.
