    Here's the finished piece! This was a lot of fun to work on. I love doing these photo study while keeping some liberties with the original reference. It's a good mix between studying and experimenting :)

    I realize I forgot to post this piece that started as a study but ended up being a heavily interpreted one, there's not much left from the original except for the overall pose! It was a lot of fun to work in a looser way, pushing shapes. I want to experiment more this way :)

    Yoko Kuno was the artist behind this AMAZING dream sequence in Beastars #07. Leaving the CGI setting for the oniric world and embracing a really talented and idiosyncratic animator was such a neat idea. Morphing animation is always beautiful to watch, so in love right now 😍

    Spent the last few days looking at the work of Jamie Hewlett and Tatsuyuki Tanaka. Did this piece to channel some of those inspirations. I'll never get tired of their work!

    I'm really thankful for all the support I've received. There are even artists I deeply admire that are now seeing my work, which is an incredible feeling (and quite intimidating ahah). So I'd like to thank you all for your time and interest :)

    Today I decided to start using my full name to post my work. I first began using Aosagibi because I wasn't comfortable enough to share my drawings online without "hiding". Since then, I've learned a lot and now I'm becoming more confident towards what I produce.
