It’s almost as if each California politician is trying to one up each other in how many companies they can scare off from California. It’s sad to see a great state so mismanaged. Instead of working to fix the homelessness issue in California, they’re passing these dumb laws.

The brilliant part of Uber/Lyft/AirBNB is that the ratings of customers and service providers provide a truly transparent marketplace. Both ends of the transaction know if the other person sucks before the transaction occurs
