Can the bacteria survive on elevated temperature?
Do you maybe know why you have a fridge?
And one other reason of cooking before eating?

There are a number of heat resistant bacteria. There is a scientific paper about this class of bacteria being able to resist high temperatures. The fact that your pot of soup boils doesn't mean it kills every bacteria. Your fridge doesn't change anything either.
