I have it on good authority that the child is a Labour supporter and contracted pneumonia intentionally, just to discredit the great work the Conservatives have done within the NHS.

3 problems with photo: 1. A child with suspected pneumonia should (I am told) sit up; last thing child should do is (I am told) lie down. 2. A drip bag works by gravity: not level with child. 3. A floor is least hygienic place in the hospital: what doctor would put him there?

Yeah mate, they're all problems and problems caused by a lack of resources. A child should sit up, but after 13 hours in the same room, he might be tired of it all? A floor isn't hygienic but where else is there to put him if there's no room? Cmon...
