I feel confident enough making the push to get to 1k in the next month, but 4000 hours of watch time from the past 12 months is going to be what makes it nearly impossible.
And like, I’m up for the challenge I guess. I realize success on YouTube takes a lot of hustle regardless. But it’s still pretty demoralizing. Especially considering that 1.) We already work practically for free for this platform, and 2.) Channels like ours were never the problem
Totally. 
This is so disheartening. Just figured out I need close to 150k minutes of watch time and 185 more subs in the next month in order to stay a partner. I hustle, but... fml. This is going to be hard to figure out.
