There's been a lot of talk about "toxic masculinity"/MRAs/Incels etc lately, and about how as men - we should be doing our part to call out that behavior when we see it. I Absolutely agree. However, there's a catch.

exactly. It feels that way too. My experience certainly was. Duder I knew wasn't quite THAT extreme, but the way he masked it so well was - shocking. To say the least.

Having dated a few of these guys - very briefly- it makes you even more cautious than you normally would be. Too many non-incels take it personally and don’t understand what our experience has been.

I mean, i get it. I've seen the MRA garbage floating around online for years. That was my first direct experience tho. Their whole shtick is "gaming" women to get laid in the first place, so of COURSE they hide it well. It's just... ugh, i need a shower now.
-
It IS a game to them, that's why they think of women as more of a reward object, something they win, than an actual person. Also why they get pissed when they get rejected and usually start putting down women as ugly, fat, or sluts - make it seem worthless, didn't want it anyway.
