Today at about 4:15 in the afternoon, i was able to see HBAL147 with my bare eyes then with a pair of low powered binoculars hovering south of Kingston,Jamaica at over 50,000 feet. This lasted for about half an hour until the thick clouds moved in. Sorry i dont own an LTE phone .
