Patch 1.3.2. just arrived on Steam (Windows). Besides some other things, it fixes the achievement issues. Console and Mac patches should hopefully cross the finish line end of this week or the next one. Here is the full changelog:

We also have a new Season Break feature! From now on there will be one-week breaks between seasons so you all can catch your breath. You can still do daily rides with a daily leaderboard but no season ranking or rewards #NOFOMO
