    Our weekly weekend reminder: Make sure you recognize what you need this Saturday. Is it a conversation? Phone a friend. Is it a fresh air? Find a park and go for a walk. Is it cuddles? Pet a cat! But stay mindful enough to sense which one it is and fill up for the week ahead.
