San Francisco is dirty. The urine, the human feces, needles all over the place. The streets in Shanghai, China are cleaner. Embarrassing. I have little faith that the next person in office will change this. #sanfrancisco @LondonBreed @sfgov @JaneKim @AngelaforMayor @MarkLeno
