We need ZERO tolerance on Illegal drugs & crime! Enough is enough!
Yesterday I participated in a needle pickup around Civic Center. The amount of discarded needles on our streets is unsafe and unacceptable. I don’t know that I support needle exchange sites but IF we must have them then let’s enforce the “exchange” part. One needle for one needle. That might help reduce the needles in the gutter.
