Interim use?! Tear it down & get the affordable housing project started. Why delay?
We are actively moving forward with the 100% affordable housing project but while we do the planning + permitting an interim use will activate the site.

Love adding more housing, but: 1. Planning and permitting should not take 3-5 yrs. 2. Interim use should be community center to bring community, commerce and foot traffic to Haight, not a homeless shelter.
