I support you and you have my vote. But, what really is "affordable housing"? These lottos are a joke and there just seems to be a small fraction that is mandated "affordable". Why not pass legislation on rent gouging??
Today I introd. a hearing on increasing funding for housing stabilization programs. We need to be creative when negotiating development agreements to ensure that when we build more housing we are funding both new affordable housing + programs that keep residents in their homes
