It’s going to take a STRONG MAYOR to address this most pressing visible issue in our city. Our streets have HOMELESS folks and their needs from an humanitarian standpoint must be address.

Leaving mentally ill people who can't care for themselves to suffer on the streets is the height of cruelty. I can't believe there are supervisors who don't support better conservatorship laws.

Yes!!! This applies to 70% of the homeless population - languishing on the streets & in homeless shelters,many are scared to death to be put into SRO's,to be by themselves - they need to be in supervised care facilities!!!
