We must move faster on building affordable housing projects. We are actively moving forward with community discussions for an interim use & the 100% affordable housing project at the McDonalds site. Upcoming meeting is on 4/26, 6PM, Park Branch Library Community Rm, 1833 Page St
It's move "as quickly as possible" and that unfortunately STILL means there will probably not be homes on that site until 2021 at the earliest. The process to build 100% affordable housing is broken, we need less red tape.
