This is a replica of Jane Kim’s recommendation. Both are ridiculous plans. 7,200 units for 40K employees? There should be a 1bd:1 job ratio. This is only going to continue to skyrocket rent in SF and entire Bay Area.

There should be 1 new bedroom for every 1 new job created. This is only going to continue the rise of rent in Oakland as more SF residents get pushed out, pushing Oakland folks out in the process. Tell us, where are those 40K employees going to live? In their work cubicles?
