  Thank you @LondonBreed !!!! Good idea to exclude parcels with functional existing housing (Although I would allow owner occupied SFH capitalize) Still this is great! Zoning is a tool to block access to opportunity - ENOUGH!

  Please, "exclude any housing parcel currently occupied by renters," not "with sound housing already on it." This proposed amendment waters down the impact to the point of uselessness
