I have to put my opinion in the door. If a police officer gives you a demand to cease and show your hands, it is the law that you obey the peace officer after if you have allegedly committed a crime, Latino, black or white. If Clark did not run and complied, he be home tonight.

Not necessarily true. Facts prove that there is a disproportionate amnt of Blacks not making it home after traffic stops. It's never a guarantee which is why policy has to be implemented and accountability taken at the highest local level. Since it's a local level.
