RR mostly funded infrastructure improvements, stuff we don't see when we ride the train but which the system can't function w/o - cables, power substations, tunnel retrofits. Plus they debuted the first of the new trains in Jan. and have 100+ more coming betw now and Fall '22

How about protecting local residents from constant harassment, pan-handling, open drug use, indecent public sex, unsightly garbage and lack of safe passage on the streets of San Francisco for both residents & tourists!
