Great to hear and thank you for the link. As you mention "supply and demand is real"; with that in mind, what will you do as mayor to ensure market rate housing isn't blocked for years/decades and forced to build fewer or sometimes no units by a few NIMBY neighbors?
TY Jason. Our housing crisis didn’t happen overnight. This is a long-term problem & we need a creative, multi-faceted solution & a Mayor who’s committed to making it happen. In my platform I outlined 7 areas that address the shortage & need but will help the long-term problem too

Thanks. Would be great to see point 7 apply to all projects that meet requirements and regulations. It's tragic to see building blocked at places like the laundromat site and the homeowner who has been blocked since the 70s.

Denounce Kim for planning with Farrell the SOMA plan! They got 42k jobs and onky 7k units of housing coming, thats 35k new instances of gentrification in the Mission and Bayview. Demand the EIR be adujusted for quadruple the new housing units!
