Thank you for acknowledging homeless as a public health crisis. These are human beings struggling on our streets who need care not incarceration.

That’s awesome, but how does Scott Weiner square moving our alcohol
curfew from 2 to 4AM, then ? The police 
and communities affected among others are obviously 
against it specifically for health of the most vulnerable etc etc...thx -
His legislation just allows local communities to make the decision, instead of having the state enforce a blanket policy. If a community is totally opposed, it wouldn't happen.
