Yes! That said, what’s the plan to discourage folks from coming here since our capacity to take all-comers is constrained, and spreading out what $ we can among more people simply means we will be less effective at retrieving folks from their homelessness.

Not a soul has helped me. I'm still in a tent. I'm on waiting lists galore, including the late Honorable Mayor Ed Lee's list. I've been unable to afford an apartment on SSI since I moved here nearly 4 years ago.

Tents > Stable living > hell even the Amsterdam experiment of giving incentive (if they're going to buy beer with it anyways, control the beer and use it as a reward for work). Are all ideas that in a progressive involved community and democracy could work.
