Thanks Mayor Breed! I’m sure there’s a cost effective hardware solution too (e.g., soft hit poles) that can let SFPD prioritize staff on things that can’t be handled that way.

This intersection already has the hardest possible infrastructure. Adding more & softer infra will not deter the rare but dangerous sociopaths like this guy. We don't need heavy enforcement to stop every act; we do need *some* enforcement city-wide to catch these specific people.
