There are 10k people on the street at last count. If you are elected, will you do anything scalable or systemic to address the problem, or just produce more soundbites like this?
This past week has been cold and it has been wet. By increasing capacity at our shelters, we are providing a warm, safe place to sleep for an additional 75 people each night.

Thank you for your service... but until we really tackle mental health issues in San Francisco and rest of nation, we won’t see significant changes in homelessness and substance addiction.
