I don’t qualify for Aff. housing, & demand for subsidized housing for the photogenic occupations mentioned will far outstrip what we can fund. Please simultaneously pursue absolute maximum market rate units as well. Be creative, protect communities & people, but grow the city!
We will continue to build affordable housing to keep our working and middle class residents in #SF. We need our teachers, firefighters, police officers and 911 operators to live in the city they serve.

Also, current situation at Haight street McDonalds site is a travesty. We should be upzoning the site to build MORE affordable housing on precious land, not choking back dozens of families futures to appease affluent neighbors.
