The city should not do ANY outreach, if what they want is to have the injection sites all over the city. Think it through Randy.

The proof will come when we see a Nav Center and safe injection site opening in D5. Glad to see folks are pushing for this.
We've been looking for a site for a Navigation center in d5 for over a year. Can you find a place to put it Randy????

By my understanding, one of the tough issues is that many of the great sites are privately owned.

And we have approached some of those property owners of underutilized properties and they have all said no.

At the DMV parking lot? In St.Louis they had an all public services mega center: DMV + SSI + Medicaid application + Food stamps, everything

State property. They gave someone premission to use for a private parking lot in the evening but won't budge on navigation center.
