You should cut everyone's pay in City Hall by 50% with a 90-Day probationary period for dismissal upon investigations into their bias. Once found to have bias against others, they're terminated on the spot. You've got a dirty house.

Did the 2016 Mission & Taraval Stas grossly racist, misogynist & homophobic texts between a LT and officers ever result in actual charges to SFPD? Those highly offensive communications & atmosphere actually made a coworker of mine quit his field training at Mission Sta.

We really need to look at histories. Especially anger, force and domestic abuse.

Reforms have failed. Defund, dismantle, and abolish. That money could do so much good elsewhere.

When you say “most” do we have data/research/anecdotes to support this? I am just sincerely curious, and for context I can only recall positive experiences with SFPD but also I am a white male in D5 so I’m unclear if most SFPD actually do or if results may vary CC: @DeanPreston

Thank you. It's about damn time. @SFPD is the worst. Extremely combative, all boys club that always has the need to have an intimidating stance. They've policed our neighborhoods as if we're all criminals for too long. It's been a long time coming. And NO DIVERSITY. WHITE MEN.
