You've got to move up the phases. So many businesses aren't going to survive another month+ of shutdowns. Hospitlizations and deaths are trending down, it's time to OPEN UP.

Reason they always struggled was b/c SF has always made it difficult 4 small companies 2 survive. U expect them 2 have various licenses & charge ridiculous amounts 4 them while large corps. get a break on taxes, rent, etc. SF is ‘you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours’ corrupt!

I agree. Why is this a ballot measure? Is there a good reason why the board of supervisors and the mayor can’t pass their own legislation regarding such policies?
