Whether it was manslaughter or murder is currently being investigated. As a public official you should show restraint and not call it a murder before suspect is judged and found guilty of the crime.

it is likely that the officer will not be found guilty of murder as Mr. Floyd's existing health problems make it impossible to have no doubt about their being a factor in his death. had Mr. Floyd been in good health, manslaughter would be almost assured, maybe 2nd degree murder.
