Social distancing will be necessary as we move to reopen. We need to help businesses adapt. Our Shared Spaces Program will allow business to apply for no-cost, expedited permits to share public spaces like sidewalks, streets, and parking once they’re allowed to reopen.
This means retailers could operate outside, or restaurants could set up outdoor tables or maintain space for curbside pickups.
