West Side SF is making great use of their slow streets. Meanwhile the open space & park-starved East Side has no safe stretches for people. We need Terry Francois, the Embarcadero & many more to help people have safe space to maintain physical distance.http://bit.ly/sfslowstreets
@HillaryRonen it would be amazing to have slow streets in the eastern part of the city - the eastern mission specifically. I am unable to take my child outside due to the sidewalk encampments surrounding our home.
Maybe Harrison Street between 24th and 16th can be closed. We do it for carnaval every year. Or Valencia? We do it for Sunday streets.

Why aren’t we able to implement the slow streets plan on the remaining planned streets? It’s been weeks since this was announced and still some streets haven’t been setup yet!
London: Can we shutdown 101 and the 280 extension to pedestrians? I was hoping to bike to downtown, and if I could walk on the freeway, I wouldn't have to stop at lights. What do you think?
