Last year, we committed to delivering 20 miles of protected bike lanes over the next two years. Despite our current circumstances, we are still on track, and I know we will need even more to support our transportation and citywide recovery.

West Side SF is making great use of their slow streets. Meanwhile the open space & park-starved East Side has no safe stretches for people. We need Terry Francois, the Embarcadero & many more to help people have safe space to maintain physical distance.http://bit.ly/sfslowstreets

@HillaryRonen it would be amazing to have slow streets in the eastern part of the city - the eastern mission specifically. I am unable to take my child outside due to the sidewalk encampments surrounding our home. -
Maybe Harrison Street between 24th and 16th can be closed. We do it for carnaval every year. Or Valencia? We do it for Sunday streets.
