We can thank the angels at UC Hastings for their groundbreaking lawsuit against the city of San Francisco for deplorable conditions in the TL as it’s a CIVIL RIGHTS issue & the Mayor got reality checked into action by the lawsuit.
It's a lame sham of a plan @londonbreed should be embarrassed by how ill-conceived and poor it is.
